We had a WONDERFUL experience with C&J photography! We were new to the area and looking for a new photographer to take our family pictures. The day of the session, our toddlers were a bit unruly so we were a tad nervous how the photos would turn out, but were WILDLY impressed when we got them back! Yes we travel as needed for all sessions including weddings. If the location is within 2 hours of Roanoke there is no travel fee. Any traveling that is 2.5 or more hours from our home base, there is a small fee of $80 for regular sessions and $150+ traveling fee for weddings.
If lodging/fights/car rentals needed these will be discussed further together in email/meeting.

Our turn around times vary often with the changes of the year and workflow we have going on.
Our typical turnaround times are 3-4 weeks (Jan-Aug) and 5 to 6 weeks (Sep-Dec). These can change depending on the amount of workflow and will often be discussed further together or on our Facebook for any updates if changes are needed to be made.
Photos are delivered through our website with a link and download code to your email on file. There you will get information on how to view your gallery and download your photos so that you can keep and share your images from your sessions.

What is your turnaround times and how do I get or view my photos?
Q:
All sessions are booked through our booking site where you can pick your package and then once you check out it will ask for a retainer which you will need to pay plus tax in order to hold your date and time with us. Once you have done that your all set for your session. All final balances must be paid within 3 days of your session.
Your retainer does come off of your total price to help brake up so your not paying in full at time of booking, however if you would like you can pay in full with the same link to pay the balance. Clients can make payments as low as $50 per payment till balance is paid in full.
Wedding packages requires $350 down non refundable retainer to hold your date and time and final balance is due 30 days prior to event date. Payments of low as $50 per payment can be made till balance is paid in full.
All payments must be paid through our booking site using card of choice and can also use Venmo or PayPal accounts to make payments as well. No cash (unless talked about together) or checks will be taken for payment. Clients can choose to tip at booking as well if like but is not necessary or can tip us the day of your session too.
